  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Bisquick

Directions

    Fry onion, hamburger and carrots.

    When brown, let cool.

    Mix eggs, before it cools.

    Then mix biscuit dough and roll out.

    The Bisquick with milk is the dough you roll out.

    After rolling the mixed dough, spread the meat on the rolled dough.

    Roll like a jelly roll.

    Wet the top and after you put small slits, wet it with milk.

    After baking, serve with cream of mushroom soup or beef gravy.

    Bake at 350°.
