- 1 c. chopped meat (cold roast beef, veal or chicken)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. stock or milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Beat egg yolks; add meat, liquid, butter, salt and pepper. Fold in well beaten egg whites.

2Bake in buttered pan for 1/2 hour in a moderate oven.

3Turn out on hot platter and serve plain or with mushrooms or tomato sauce.
