- 8 green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. fresh corn (3 or 4 ears)
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Remove seeds from peppers, parboil 5 minutes and drain.

2Brown meat and onions in fat.

3Add tomatoes, corn and seasoning and top with butter and bread crumbs.

4Stand up in a greased 11 x7-inch pan.

5Add small amount of water to cover.

6Bake 1 hour at 350° or 375°.
