  • 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 can oyster stew (small)
  • 1 lb. can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. medium cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. medium cracker crumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except butter and the 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Top with the remaining cracker crumbs which have been mixed with the butter.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted halfway to center comes out clean.
