- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 can oyster stew (small)
- 1 lb. can cream-style corn
- 1 c. medium cracker crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. medium cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except butter and the 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.

2Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Top with the remaining cracker crumbs which have been mixed with the butter.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted halfway to center comes out clean.

5Makes 6 servings.
