- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 to 6 potatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Peel and thinly slice potatoes.

2Place in greased iron skillet. Salt and pepper potatoes. Place chopped onion over potatoes.

3Press uncooked ground chuck over onion and potatoes. Press down evenly and seal to sides of skillet.

4Pour tomato soup over ground chuck.

5Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
