- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
Directions

1Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup tomato soup.

2Mix and make balls.

3Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.

4Pour over meatballs; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.

5Stir often.
