Ingredients

  • 5 lb. ground beef
  • 1 oz. salt
  • 3/4 oz. pepper
  • 1/2 oz. garlic powder
  • 3 oz. parsley flakes
  • 5 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. ???
  • 3 oz. milk
  • 1 can bread crumbs
  • water (about 1 c., as much as needed for right consistency)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl until firm.

    Roll into 2-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.

    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 400°.
