Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

    Mix ground beef, bread, egg and salt.

    Shape into about 50 small meatballs. Brown slightly and drain all fat.

    Cook onion and butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Add meatballs to this and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
