  • 2 Lbs Meatloaf mix
  • One Half Kaiser Roll (Food Processed)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • Grated Cheease
  • 2 TBL of Ketchup
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Red Wine
  • Salt Pepper
  • Garlic Powder

Directions

    In a large bowl add all ingredients. Mix for at least 5 Minutes until mixture becomes an even paste. Roll large meatballs with hands for at least a minute each.

    In a large skillet add about an inch of cooking oil. Fry on all sides until brown. Allow to rest til cooled then add to sauce and cook for at least one hour in sauce.
