Ingredients
- 2 c. beer
- 2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- pepper to taste
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 4 dashes (about) Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan; simmer 20 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients; form into small meatballs.

2Brown in oven; drain fat.

3Add meatballs to beer sauce; simmer 10 minutes (I add 1/2 cup or more brown sugar to beer sauce, depending how sweet you want it).
