- 12 oz. white chocolate
- 2/3 c. chocolate milk
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Heat milk and blend in small pieces of chocolate.

2Stir with wooden spoon until melted.

3Set aside to cool.

4Whip cream until stiff.

5Beat egg whites and lemon juice until peaks form.

6Fold whipped cream into chocolate mix gently.

7Add egg whites.

8Spoon into 8 dessert bowls.

9Chill and garnish with sweet dark chocolate shavings.
