  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 c. (6 oz.) Athenos Feta cheese with basil and tomato crumbled and divided
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
  • 1 c. chopped tomato
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Feta cheese and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

    Spread into 9 inch pie plate.
