- 2 teaspoons mediterranean seasoning (Wildtree Mediterranean Dry Rub)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons roasted garlic grapeseed oil
- 12 cup low sodium chicken broth
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2Toss potatoes, Mediterranean seasoning and garlic oil on a rimmed baking sheet and spread potatoes out into an even layer.

3Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.

4Add the broth and, toss and bake until cooked through and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
