- 55 grams mee suah (flour vermicelli)
- 2 piece garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 500 ml water
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 2 tbsp light soya sauce
Directions

1Boil one egg in hot water for about 2 minutes.

2Remove egg and put aside to cool.

3Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.

4Stir fry garlic till slightly browned.

5Add water and light soya sauce.

6When water starts boiling, add mee suah, cook for 2 minutes.

7Pour the cooked mee suah into big bowl.

8Scoop out soft boiled egg into the bowl of mee suah.

9Serve immediately.
