Ingredients

  • 55 grams mee suah (flour vermicelli)
  • 2 piece garlic, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 2 tbsp light soya sauce

Directions

    Boil one egg in hot water for about 2 minutes.

    Remove egg and put aside to cool.

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.

    Stir fry garlic till slightly browned.
  5. 5
    Add water and light soya sauce.

    When water starts boiling, add mee suah, cook for 2 minutes.

    Pour the cooked mee suah into big bowl.

    Scoop out soft boiled egg into the bowl of mee suah.

    Serve immediately.
