  • 1-3/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips

Directions

    Melt margarine and combine with graham-cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and peanut butter.

    Spread mixture in a 13x9-inch pan and chill for 15 minutes.

    Melt chocolate chips and spread over peanut butter mixture.

    Chill until chocolate is hard.

    Let Melettes sit at room temperature for about 45 minutes before cutting.

    Keep leftovers chilled.
