Ingredients
- 3 c. chopped melon (honeydew, cantaloupe or watermelon)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. dry white wine
- mint sprigs (for garnish)
Directions

1Puree chopped melon in blender and set aside.

2Mix sugar and wine in saucepan and simmer until sugar is dissolved.

3Mix in the melon puree.

4Pour into loaf pan and freeze 4 hours or until hard. Puree again 30 minutes before serving.

5Return to freezer until time to serve.

6Garnish serving dishes with mint sprigs.

7Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
