- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. butter
Directions

1Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in bowl.

2Blend in butter until a soft dough is formed.

3If dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill.

4Shape into 3/4-inch balls.

5Roll into coconut. Place 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

6Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

7Makes 3 dozen.
