- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions

1Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Grease 2 large cookie sheets. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form but not dry. Gradually beat sugar mixture into egg whites, beating 7 to 10 minutes after all the mixture has been added.
