  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix first 4 ingredients and press into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix the last 3 ingredients and pour over the cake dough. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
