- 1 tsp. onions, chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pt. shrimp
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Mexene seasoning
- 2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. tomato catsup
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Melt butter and cook onions until tender; stir in shrimp and let brown.

2Stir in Mexene seasoning, flour, salt and gradually add milk.

3Cook about 5 minutes.

4Stir in tomato catsup, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce.

5Let steam a few minutes.

6Serve over boiled rice while hot.
