Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 c. bottle taco sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    Cook beef until pink is gone, drain.

    Stir in cheeses, chilies, taco sauce, jalapeno pepper and eggs.

    Transfer mixture to an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean and top is golden brown. Serve warm.

    Spoon onto individual plates and eat with tortilla chips.
