- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 c. bottle taco sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Cook beef until pink is gone, drain.

2Stir in cheeses, chilies, taco sauce, jalapeno pepper and eggs.

3Transfer mixture to an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean and top is golden brown. Serve warm.

5Spoon onto individual plates and eat with tortilla chips.
