  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 can apple pie filling

    Beat eggs and oil together.

    Mix all other ingredients and then add egg mixture, chopped nuts and apple pie filling.

    Bake in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
