  • 1 lb mild sausage
  • 1 (1 lb) box Velveeta cheese (the Mexican kind)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Melt Velveeta in a pot on stove.

    Drain canned tomatoes.

    Mix all 3 ingredients in pot.

    Serve with tortillas.

    You can also do this in the crockpot.

    Melt the Velveeta in the crockpot while you brown your sausage.

    Then mix it all in the crockpot.

    Leave on low until ready to serve.
