- 6 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. taco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, taco sauce, onion and salt until well blended, reserving a few pieces of chilies for garnish.

2Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes.

5Garnish with reserved chilies.
