- 12 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese (3 cups)
- 3 zucchini, sliced, cooked
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies, drained
- 2 cups sour cream
- 14 cup sliced green onion
- 14 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Layer half of rice in casserole.

3Add half of jack cheese, half of zucchini, half of tomato and half of chilis.

4Repeat layers, except cheese.

5Combine sour cream, onion, green pepper, garlic salt and oregano; spread over layers.
