- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 (15 oz.) chili with beans
- 1 (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, chopped and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Fry onions in margarine for 10 minutes. Add chili beans, corn and tomatoes; mix well.

3Pour into 10 x 8-inch baking dish.

4Prepare corn muffin dough according to package directions.

5Stir cheese into dough.

6Spoon dough around edges of baking dish.

7Bake at 350°.
