- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder or 2 Cloves
- 1 Can Tomato Soup
- 1-10 1/2 oz. Can Beef Broth
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Medium Potatoes, Cubed Small
- 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained

1Brown beef, onion and garlic.
