  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 crushed pineapple lrg Can
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 margarine
  • 1 cream cheese pkt, 8 oz.
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Cake: Mix well by hand. Bake at 350 deg f for 30 minutes in an oblong pan.

    Cool. Icing: Mix well. Add 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans and put on cooled cake.
