Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 can Milnot
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1 stick real butter
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Toast pecans (250° for 20 minutes). Mix sugar, Milnot, syrup, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for exactly 3 minutes. Add vanilla and cool. Beat until creamy. Add nuts and pour into a buttered pan.

    Cool. Cut into small pieces.
