- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 can Milnot
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 1 stick real butter
- dash of salt
Directions

1Toast pecans (250° for 20 minutes). Mix sugar, Milnot, syrup, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for exactly 3 minutes. Add vanilla and cool. Beat until creamy. Add nuts and pour into a buttered pan.
