  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans green chilies, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. Doritos
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat.

    Add green chilies.

    Mix together soup and milk. Alternate layers of chips, meat and soup mixture.

    Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese melts or casserole is hot through.
