- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can black olives, chopped
- 1 small can green chilies, chopped and drained
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- Cheddar cheese
- 3 large tortillas
Directions

1Brown meat and onion; drain.

2Combine remaining ingredients. Tear the tortillas in half and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Spread half of meat mixture on top of tortillas. Repeat layer.

4Cover with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
