Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can black olives, chopped
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 3 large tortillas

Directions

    Brown meat and onion; drain.

    Combine remaining ingredients. Tear the tortillas in half and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread half of meat mixture on top of tortillas. Repeat layer.

    Cover with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
