- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 large box Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium bag tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Layer chicken breasts (that have been torn apart).

2Next, layer onions, bell peppers, cubed cheese and 3/4 crushed chips. Then layer mushroom soup, chicken soup, Ro-Tel and broth.

3Put rest of chips over all.

4Cook 30 minutes at 350°.
