  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 large box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 medium bag tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 c. chicken broth

    Layer chicken breasts (that have been torn apart).

    Next, layer onions, bell peppers, cubed cheese and 3/4 crushed chips. Then layer mushroom soup, chicken soup, Ro-Tel and broth.

    Put rest of chips over all.

    Cook 30 minutes at 350°.
