- 1 pkg. soft tortillas
- 1 fryer, cooked, boned and chunked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Mix chicken, onions, cheese, garlic salt and chili powder together and add tomatoes.

2Soften the tortillas in the warm chicken stock.

3Line baking dish with the tortillas and pour chicken mixture over the tortillas.

4Pour the soup over the chicken and bake 35 minutes at 350°.
