- 1 large chicken
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, grated
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 15 1/2 oz. Fritos
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone.

2Line a casserole dish with Fritos. Put a layer of chicken over the Fritos.

3Make a sauce of milk, tomatoes, chicken soup, mushroom soup, onions and chicken broth; pour over chicken.

4Place grated cheese on top of mixture.

5Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

6Can be frozen prior to baking.
