- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 lb. Velveeta, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- salt, pepper and garlic powder
Directions

1Cook and bone chicken.

2Dice.

3Mix Velveeta, onion, Ro-Tel, soups and spices.

4Crush chips.

5Pour 1/2 of chips into 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Put chicken on top of chips, add Velveeta mixture, then top with remaining chips.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
