- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. warm chicken broth
- Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Boil the chicken. Cool and strip the meat off the chicken bones.

2Put tortilla chips on bottom of baking dish and place a layer of meat over the tortilla chips.

3Mix together the onion, Ro-Tel, soups and chicken broth.

4Pour a layer of mixture over the chicken, then a layer of cheese.

5Repeat; layer of chips, chicken, broth mixture and cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
