- 10 chicken thighs with bone, skinned
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning (dry)
- tortilla chips (may be stale)
Directions

1Put tortilla chips in sturdy plastic bag and crumble with rolling pin.

2Set aside in bowl.

3Melt butter in small bowl in microwave and add taco seasoning; stir.

4Coat chicken with butter mixture and dredge in tortilla chips.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream or salsa.
