- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes or tomato juice
- 1 can Shoepeg corn
- garlic salt
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven (or chicken can be floured and browned first).

2Cook on top of stove (or in 325° oven) for 1 1/2 hours.

3Serve with tossed salad and toasted French bread.
