- 2 pieces wheat or rye bread
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. sauerkraut
- 2 pieces pressed corned beef
- 1 piece Swiss cheese
Directions

1Butter each side of bread.

2Place in a hot skillet, butter side down.

3Put sauerkraut, then corned beef.

4Place Swiss cheese and top with last piece of bread.

5Let cook on one side approximately 3 minutes, turn (flip) to other side.

6Cook another approximately 3 minutes.

7Take out of skillet.

8Turn skillet off.

9Slice sandwich and enjoy.
