- 2 chickens, cut into serving pieces
- 3 small onions, diced
- 1 1/2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Salt and pepper chicken pieces.

2Fry in butter or margarine until lightly browned.

3Cook in pressure cooker 20 minutes or in a slow cooker overnight on low.

4Add 1/4 cup catsup and 1/2 cup water, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar to chicken in cooker.
