- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can Pet milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can Ortega chilies, chopped
- 1 pkg. tortilla chips (Doritos cheese)
- 1/2 to 1 lb. grated Longhorn and Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 fryers, boiled, deboned and cut up
Directions

1Break tortilla chips and place on bottom of greased casserole (3-quart).

2Mix soups, Pet milk, chopped onion, water and green chilies all together.

3Pour over tortilla chips, then layer chicken and cheese, then chips, soup, chicken and cheese again; makes 2 layers.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting, then enjoy!
