  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut up
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Dorito chips

Directions

    Boil chicken breasts until tender; pull off bone.

    Mix Ro-Tel tomatoes and soups.

    In large baking dish, layer crushed chips, soup mixture and chopped onion, chicken pieces and cheese.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
