- 1 1/2 c. shelled baby lima beans
- 3 ears corn, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In saucepan over medium heat, boil salted water; add beans and return to boil.

2Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Drain; scrape corn from cob and add with butter to pan.

3Cook 5 minutes.

4Stir in cream and heat through.

5Season with salt and pepper.
