- 12 whole Ears Of Corn
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

1Trim the ends of the corn, and soak them in a large pot of water for one hour. The goal is to cook the corn, on the grill, in their husks. This allows for a great corn flavor, and allows the corn to take a steam bath on the grill.

2Heat your grill to a medium/high heat, around 400 degrees. Place the corn on the grill, turning every 5 minutes or so. Cook for 20-30 minutes on the grill.

3Once cooked, carefully pull down the husks and twist, as this can be your handle to hold the cob. Brush the cob with mayonnaise, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and chili powder.
