  • 3 c. corn bread mix
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 oz. can jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
