  • 8 oz. or 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. red hot pepper, crushed
