  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 oz. diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. regular milk
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. soda
