  • 1 cup longhorn cheese
  • 1 cup yellow corn meal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup green chili, diced
