- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can green chile peppers
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions, drain.

2Mix in chile peppers. Mix corn meal, milk, eggs, creamed corn and oil.

3Pour 1/2 of batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Place meat, onions and pepper on top of batter.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Pour remaining batter in.

7Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.

8(Reduce heat to 300° for electric oven and check at 45 minutes.)
