- 1 1/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. (small can) green chilies
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. or 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
Directions

1Mix together all the ingredients above.

2Spray muffin tins with Pam, filling 2/3 full.

3Bake in a 450° preheated oven for 25 minutes or until done.

4Makes 18 large muffins.
